Welcome to BangZ Salon & Spa’s Secret Shopper Program. We are proud to involve you in our continuing journey to excellence. BangZ strives to bring each of our guest a thorough and seamless experience. To ensure that all the areas of our business carry out our mission we need your help. As a BangZ Secret Shopper you will have the unique opportunity to be the critic! We ask you to be honest, constructive, and informative.

Here are some guidelines as to how our program works.

Screening

Our Secret Shopper must…

-have some experience in receiving or delivering great customer service

-be honest and detail oriented

-highly developed sense of awareness

-be discrete

Your Mission

-Meet with a BangZ manager to review your objectives

-Schedule your pre-selected appointment on your own

-Retrieve as much information as possible as the mission begins

i.e. names of people you are in contact with, areas in salon that need more signage, conversations around you,etc.

-Enjoy your complimentary service(s)

-Fill out your BangZ Secret Shopper Questionnaire in detail and add comments where asked

-Submit the questionnaire within 24 hours after receiving your service(s)

-Have a follow up meeting with a BangZ manager for a brainstorming session on how to improve our services :)
